Cancellation
Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please keep the following in mind:

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance:
       Full deposit refund or rescheduling at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the event:
       50% of the deposit will be retained.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event:
       Deposit is non-refundable.

In case of bad weather or force majeure:
       We offer a rescheduling option at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Date changes:
       No penalty if requested at least 15 days in advance and the new date is available.
